This project was created out of a need to create classroom-ready, technology lesson plans that covered essential knowledge and skills. Originally, we developed the lessons as a pre-planning activity for our classes and as a way to document what our students had learned. We believe that project-based lessons promote higher order thinking and develop critical thinking skills. Also, students are highly engaged in project based activities. Furthermore, we believe that project based lessons develop creativity and give students responsibility for their own learning.
